I was visiting my Daughter and had dinner here. Augustine, our waiter made our visit so special! This was a welcome reprieve from the OVERRATED, OVER PRICED, UPTIGHT, adds a 25% gratuity without asking the patron, DASIES! My goodness, they are quite full of themselves! The best part of that not so great dinner, the wallpaper in the woman's bathroom! The Valley Lodge Tavern was warm, welcoming, delicious food, CHILL ATMOSPHERE! My kind of place. Augustine was so charming and friendly. He made our time together so special! Thank you young man!! Greeting from Mom back in Arkansas!

We usually eat in at Valley Lodge in Wilmette because the food is always amazing and the entire staff is personable and friendly. They make us feel like eating there is second best only to eating at home. On this night we ordered take out and it was just at tasty as when we dine in. If you have not been there you are missing out.
Chicken Parmesan review by Hannah
The chicken Parmesan is my favorite dish at Valley Lodge Wilmette. You get a large amount of food, so you will usually have some leftover! The chicken is cooked perfectly and the pasta is a great addition to the dish. You also get a starter and I always opt for their Cesar Salad. Yum! A great dish any time of year!
